Connecting MyFitnessPal, your scores, wearables, privacy, and your account.
From install to your first reveal.
NutriPilot is an AI nutritionist that already knows you. Connect your MyFitnessPal history and it reads how you've been eating lately, then shows you who you are — your patterns, rhythm, and the one gap worth closing — through two signals: GutScore (a daily 0–100 read) and NutriAge (your metabolic age vs your real age).
We're hand-onboarding a small first cohort of MyFitnessPal power-loggers. Claim a spot on nutripilotapp.com and we'll email your invite with an install link. If you've already signed up, your invite is on its way — reply to it any time with questions.
The fastest way to be understood on day one.
In the app, tap Connect MyFitnessPal and sign in to your MyFitnessPal account in the secure window. NutriPilot then reads your recent food diary and builds your profile in about a minute.
Yes — strictly read-only. NutriPilot can read your food diary to understand you, but it can never edit, delete, or post anything to your MyFitnessPal account.
Recent weeks — on purpose. Your habits are recent, so we read how you've been eating lately because that's who you are right now, not who you were a year ago.
Any time, from Settings. Disconnecting stops NutriPilot from reading new history; your existing profile stays until you delete your account.
You can start fresh — log a few meals and NutriPilot learns you as you go. The instant "it already knows me" moment is for power-loggers, but the app works either way.
The two numbers, explained honestly.
A daily 0–100 read on how your food treated you, built on peer-reviewed nutrition components (diet quality, processing, glycemic load, fiber, protein, fermented foods, hydration). Every change comes with a one-line "because," and the full math is one tap away.
A nutrition-age estimate — whether your eating pattern is trending you younger or older than your real age, over months. It's not a medical biological-age test and not medical advice. Talk to your doctor for medical assessments.
Because your history is already there. NutriPilot reads your recent logs and computes a starting score immediately — no 7-day wait to unlock it. You earned it with the logging you already did.
No — and we never pretend they are. Photo logging suggests likely dishes you confirm; every value is labeled estimated with a confidence level, and you can adjust the portion in one tap.
Optional — go deeper with recovery and sleep.
Yes — Whoop connects now as an optional "go deeper" source. It sharpens your GutScore and NutriAge with recovery and sleep, so well-recovered days are read in context. It's never required. Apple Health is coming soon.
No. NutriPilot works fully from your food history alone. A wearable just adds context when you have one.
Insight, never surveillance.
Never. We don't sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and why.
No. Suggestions are best-match guesses you approve — never silent, automatic logging. You stay in control of every entry.
Your account and logs live on Google Firebase. Meals are read by trusted AI providers (Anthropic, Microsoft Azure OpenAI) only to build your profile — they don't train public models on your content. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Your account, your call.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Or follow the steps on our account deletion page. Deletion removes your profile, logs, and derived scores within 30 days.
